A STEP IN TIME

I have been learning about mutton birds. This is what I think that happened in the past, present and future.

ON THE ISLAND

1. It is important for the family to catch a lot of birds because so they can survive.

2. When the birds are white and clean the get hanged up to get soaked off.

3. Their wire mesh is for you to hang birds on a hook and send them down to your house.

4. Their fresh food supply has to last them for two months.

5. They would only sell it to someone who would  have money to give it to them.

PIGS AND DUCKS

This is my working out problem solving and this is what I know. As you can see I have taken a screen shot of my working out for pigs and ducks. This might help you in your maths. You also might see I have used my multiplication in it.

On the Island

1. Mutton birding is a seasonal harvesting of chicks.

2. You need a license to get mutton bird rights

3. The family would only go for 2 months because they did not want to eat it all.

4. They were cut off because they couldn't communicate with any

5. They use wax and fire for there light so they can see.

I have been learning about Mutton birds and how to get them. Only two hundred famalies get to go mutton bird hunting.
